Job summary

Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa, just outside London, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a 5‑rosette kitchen brigade producing award-winning dishes across restaurant, brasserie and banqueting. You will work across multiple service periods including afternoon tea and room service, in a modern kitchen with strict HACCP compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to produce plated dishes to rosette standard.
• Ability to manage multi-menu requirements.
• Live locally or be able to relocate with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Produce food for all service periods in Restaurant, Brasserie, Fine dining, Bar food, Room Service and Afternoon tea.
• Prepare, produce and serve food to required standard in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist with daily/weekly orders for food and kitchen supplies adhering to stock control procedures.
• Receive and store all relevant food and non-food items.
• Assist with menu planning and composition and design of restaurant menus for different service periods.
• Assist Head/Sous Chef during absence and supervise kitchen operations when required.
• Promote teamwork and maintain high standards of cleanliness and HACCP compliance.
