Job summary

Eden Hotel Collection is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our rosette standard kitchen team at one of our award-winning properties. You’ll manage a section, prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes, and collaborate with the Head Chef to develop menus and mentor Commis Chefs and Apprentices.

Qualifications

• You will already have gained credible experience within a professional food environment.
• A passion for food and ethically sourced produce, with pride in delivery to the plate.
• The ability to lead a section and chefs in ensuring food is prepped and ready for service - great timekeeping and organisational skills are key.
• Your potential, your commitment, and your ability to work under pressure alongside being an excellent team player, is important to us as your knife-handling skills.
