• Experience as Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality hotel/restaurant.
• Passion for food and consistency under pressure.
• Full-time availability in a luxury hotel environment.

• Prepare and present dishes to consistently high standards.
• Take responsibility for your section and ensure smooth service.
• Support and guide junior kitchen team members.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards.
• Assist with stock control, preparation and minimising waste.
