Job summary

Mint People is seeking a Chef de Partie (or Sous Chef) for a prestigious Leeds hotel, immediately available to join a rosette kitchen. You will support a busy team, delivering fresh, quality dishes and maintaining rosette standards in a renowned 4-star environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 rosette levels, strong fresh-food background and flexibility to work across sections. Temporary role with weekly pay and tips on offer.

Qualifications

• Rosette background required (minimum 2 rosette level experience).
• Strong fresh food background essential.
• Confident working across all sections in a busy hotel kitchen.
• Commutable to Leeds preferred or willing to relocate/live in.

Responsibilities

• Join a respected Leeds hotel team producing high‑quality dishes in line with rosette standards.
• Work alongside passionate chefs and gain exposure to excellent produce.
