Job summary

Mint People is seeking a Chef de Partie (or Sous Chef) for a prestigious Leeds hotel, immediately available to join a rosette kitchen. You will support a busy team, delivering fresh, quality dishes and maintaining rosette standards in a renowned 4-star environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 rosette levels, strong fresh-food background and flexibility to work across sections. Temporary role with weekly pay and tips on offer.

Qualifications

• Commutable to Leeds preferred or willing to relocate/live in.

Our elegant 4-star hotel in Leeds is seeking a talented Chef de Partie (or Sous Chef). This role is ideal for a chef de partie immediately available with passion for quality, precision and beautifully produced fresh dishes within a recognised rosette environment.

Candidate Requirements
