Eden Hotel Collection in the UK seeks a Chef De Partie to join a busy kitchen, responsible for managing a section, preparing, cooking and presenting rosette-standard dishes.

You will mentor junior chefs and apprentices, work with the Head Chef, and bring passion for ethically sourced produce, strong timekeeping and teamwork to service.

Qualifications

• You will have credible experience in a professional food environment.

• Ability to lead a section and chefs, ensuring food is prepped and ready for service.

• Lead by example, mentoring Commis Chefs and Apprentices.
• Support Head Chef and collaborate with the team to deliver high quality service.
