Job summary

Yorkshire Hotel is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for ongoing contract work in high-quality hotel kitchens. The role involves working across restaurant, banqueting and events, delivering rosette-standard dishes and maintaining HACCP compliance.

Ideal candidates will have rosette or high-quality hotel kitchen experience, be able to work across multiple outlets, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Commutable to North Yorkshire with flexible hours.

• Proven Chef de Partie experience in rosette or high-quality hotel kitchens.
• Capable of working across restaurant, banqueting and events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes to rosette standards.
• Run your designated section efficiently during service.
• Support menu delivery across restaurant, prep and events.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness and HACCP procedures.
• Assist with stock control and daily prep.
• Work closely with the sous and head chefs to keep service smooth.
• Uphold high standards of organisation and professionalism.
