Job summary

A leading hospitality brand in Manchester is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms and provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for replacing amenities, making beds, and ensuring cleanliness to enhance the guest experience. What you will be doing
  • Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms

  • Remove rubbish, dirty linen and room service items
  • Greet guests and take care of requests
  • Straighten desk items, furniture and appliances
  • Dust, polish and remove marks from walls and furnishings
  • Vacuum carpets and floor care duties
