You will specialise in carrying out repairs and maintenance on small and large scale jobs, to our customers’ properties.

The Roofer role:

We’re committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported, therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.

  • You will be responsible for undertaking repair/renewal roofing works, including repairs and maintenance covering roof leaks, felt & batten, gutter leaks, lead work & torch on felt repairs. Ability to undertake some brickwork related repairs is desirable.
  • Taking pride in building relationships, you will communicate effectively with the scheduling team, tenants and your line managers.
  • Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
What will you bring as a Roofer?
  • Qualified to an NVQ Level 2 in Roofing.
  • Current PASMA and IPAF certification is desirable.
  • Ability to work to targets in a fast paced and reactive environment.
  • Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenants’ homes within social housing settings.
  • Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, with the use of a company van.
