Job summary

Industrial Cleaning Equipment Ltd. is seeking a Solutions Deployment Specialist to install, configure and support cutting-edge cleaning technology at customer sites across the UK.

This remote, field-based role travels to customer sites within your local region with a fully equipped company van. You will train operators, diagnose issues and optimise deployments, delivering value through hands-on technical expertise and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical skills and confidence working with equipment
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission advanced cleaning equipment and robotic solutions
• Deliver on-site equipment trials, demonstrations and customer handovers
• Train operators, supervisors and management teams to use equipment safely and effectively
• Create site maps and optimise machine routes for maximum efficiency
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Provide first and second-line technical support on customer sites
• Analyse machine performance and recommend improvements
• Carry out routine machine inspections and maintenance checks
• Support proof-of-concept projects with ATP and gloss meter testing
• Work closely with manufacturers and internal technical teams to resolve complex issues
