The RAC is seeking Roadside Technicians to deliver rapid roadside repairs, diagnostics and breakdown support across the UK. You’ll start and finish from home, with shifts averaging about 40 hours per week and optional overtime.

You’ll receive a market-competitive base salary of £36,400 and a realistic OTE of £60,000, with top performers earning more through bonuses and overtime. Full tooling, van, fuel card and uniform are provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent with 2+ years’ experience.
• Alternatively, 5+ years’ experience as Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

• Provide expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Start and finish your day at home and tackle challenges head-on with RAC tools and support.
• Deliver quick, confident solutions and maintain outstanding member service on every call-out.
