Job summary

Join the RAC as a Roadside Technician. You will perform expert roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK, starting and finishing from home with a RAC van, fuel card, and full uniform provided. You’ll work demand-led shifts averaging ~40 hours per week with optional overtime.

A Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualifcation and 2+ years’ experience are required. You’ll receive a strong base pay of £36,400 with a realistic OTE of around £60,000, plus

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance with 2+ years of experience.
Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

Deliver roadside repairs, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
Troubleshoot faults quickly and provide confident solutions to members.
