Job summary

The RAC is seeking a Roadside Technician to diagnose faults, perform roadside repairs and provide nationwide breakdown support. Shifts average 40 hours weekly with start and finish at your driveway, and a RAC van, fuel card, and full toolkit provided.

NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and 2+ years’ experience are required, along with a full UK driving licence with under 6 points. Base pay is £36,400 with a realistic £60,000 OTE and strong overtime potential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
