The RAC is seeking a Roadside Mechanic to diagnose faults, perform roadside repairs, and support members on demand. You will manage your kit, keep the RAC van stocked, and complete precise reports as you work across various roadside calls.

We value problem solvers who can stay calm under pressure, with either formal qualifications or extensive hands-on experience. Expect a structured development path and opportunities to achieve accreditation.

Qualificações

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience.
• Or 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose faults and perform roadside repairs.
• Manage your own kit, keep your van stocked and ensure reports are precise.
• Make the right call on fixes to keep RAC members moving.
