Job summary

Allianz Partners is hiring experienced vehicle technicians in the United Kingdom. You will start and finish from home, operate a fully equipped van, and diagnose faults at the roadside to get customers back on the road or arrange recovery where needed.

The role offers a 42.75-hour week, a base salary of £41,200 plus an £8,000 bonus (with a guaranteed £3,000 in the first year) and a realistic OTE of £55,000, with top performers earning over £60,000. Training in EV diagnostics is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a vehicle or roadside technician who can work independently at the scene.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills with modern equipment.
• Confident, calm customer communication; you’re the face of Allianz Partners at the roadside and responsible for managing expectations and safety.

Responsibilities

• Attend roadside assistance calls, assess the situation, diagnose faults using modern diagnostic tools, and repair at scene where safe and possible.
• Make practical, safety-led decisions on repair versus recovery; arrange recovery and dealer workshop attention when needed.
• Own each job end-to-end: communicate clearly with customers, set expectations, and provide reassurance.
