Job summary

Allianz Partners is seeking an experienced roadside technician to work field-based across the United Kingdom. You will start from home, operate a fully equipped van, and use diagnostic skills to get customers back on the road or arrange recovery as appropriate.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with AI, data analytics, and cloud-based tools, travelling across Plymouth, Belfast, and surrounding areas. Training includes EV Level 3 IMI Accredited and ATA Level 3 roadside diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a vehicle/roadside technician operating on-site.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills with modern equipment.
• Confident, calm customer communication as the roadside face of Allianz Partners.

Responsibilities

• Attend roadside calls, assess, diagnose faults, and repair on scene where safe.
• Decide repair vs recovery; arrange recovery or workshop as needed.
• Own each job end-to-end: communicate with customers and set expectations.
