Job summary

RAC Motoring Services is hiring a Roadside Technician to perform mechanical roadside repairs, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK. You will start and finish from home, with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform and diagnostic kit provided.

A Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and 2+ years' experience are required, plus a full UK driving licence with <6 points.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to RAC members on roadside calls.
• Start and finish at home with a RAC van, fuel card, uniform and diagnostic kit provided.
