Job summary

RAC is recruiting a Roadside Technician to deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK. You will start and finish your day at home, tackling challenges head-on with your RAC van, fuel card, uniform, tools and diagnostic kit provided.

You’ll need a Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience, a customer-focused approach and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK

• Start and finish days at home and manage calls from a drive-first workflow
