Job summary

Allianz Partners is seeking experienced vehicle technicians to work roadside from a home base, operating a fully equipped van to diagnose and repair on site or arrange recovery when required. Roles cover field-based assignments across the UK with flexible start times and weekends off in the rotation.

You’ll work with AI and data tools, undergo ongoing training including EV Level 3 IMI Accreditation and ATA Level 3 roadside diagnostics, and benefit from a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a vehicle or roadside technician, able to work independently at the scene.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills with modern equipment; quick, safe decisions.
• Confident, calm customer communication; you represent Allianz Partners at the roadside.

Responsibilities

• Attend roadside calls, assess and diagnose faults; repair on scene where safe and possible.
• Make safety-led decisions on repair vs recovery and arrange recovery if needed.
• Own each job end-to-end: communicate with customers, set expectations, provide reassurance.
