Job summary

RAC is recruiting a Roadside Technician to deliver rapid roadside repairs, diagnostics and breakdown support across the UK. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs and ensure high-quality member service on every call.

You will start and finish each day from home and operate with your RAC van, fuel card, uniform, and diagnostic tools provided. This role requires a Level 2 vehicle maintenance qualification and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent), with proven technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Start and end your day at home, tackling challenges head-on and providing confident solutions for members.
• RAC van, fuel card, uniform, essential tools and diagnostic kit provided to set you up for success.
