Job summary

RAC is seeking a Roadside Technician to join the Scarborough cluster, covering Scarborough, Whitby, Filey, Bridlington and Pickering. You’ll apply a Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification with 2+ years’ post-qualification experience to deliver roadside repairs and diagnostics in diverse roadside scenarios.

You’ll start and end your day from home, with a RAC van, fuel card, full uniform and diagnostic tools provided.

Qualifications

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification with at least 2 years post-qualification experience.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical roadside repairs and diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Start and finish each day from home with local runs.
