Job summary

RAC Motoring Services is seeking a Roadside Technician to join the Barnsley cluster. You will perform roadside repairs, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support, starting and finishing from home and covering local areas to get members back on the road.

The role requires a Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent), strong technical and electrical skills, and a full UK driving licence. Competitive base pay with realistic OTE and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• Technical, electrical and diagnostic experience preferred.
• Customer-focused approach and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support.
• Start and finish each shift from home driveway and operate in the Barnsley cluster area.
• Deliver quick, confident solutions and exceptional member service on site and on call.
