Join the RAC as a Roadside Technician, delivering fast mechanical roadside repairs, vehicle diagnostics and breakdown support across the UK. You’ll diagnose faults, get members back on the road quickly and safely while working locally from your home area.

We offer a structured development path, IMI accreditation opportunities, regular shifts with overtime, and benefits including a strong base salary, competitive OTE, share scheme and a pension, designed to support long‑term careers.

Competenze

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with a full UK driving licence (<6 points).

Mansioni

• Deliver roadside mechanical repairs and diagnostics across the UK.
• Provide emergency breakdown support with quick, confident solutions.
• Diagnose faults and get members back on the road safely.
• Work independently with local area focus and home-base starts/finishes.

Conoscenze

Vehicle Technician/Mechanic experience

Formazione
