Overview

Roadside Vehicle Technician – Esher

Salary: £53,720.98 (OTE £58,000)

Hours: 40 hours per week with a rolling roster. Rosters are provided seven days in advance; core hours are sent three days in advance. Shifts may be 0600 to 0200, including evenings, early mornings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attend breakdowns with the breakdown team and diagnose issues.
• Repair on-site to get the vehicle back on the road; otherwise arrange return to the workshop.
• Identify problems and advise customers on vehicle issues.
• Perform vehicle servicing and general maintenance including electrical work and diagnostics.
• Deliver exceptional customer service as the face of the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum equivalent to NVQ, IMI or City and Guilds Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
