Pay & Benefits
- The base salary is achieved on a 40‑hour working week. Top performers can earn up to an on‑target earning of £44,000.
- Eligibility for a location allowance is based on your home postcode, paid from the moment you get in your van to the moment you return home.

Responsibilities
- Ask the right questions, explain your fixes and ensure the customer can get on with their day.
- Communicate clearly, sharing knowledge and information so the customer feels safe and their needs are met.
- Be a dedicated learner, soaking up knowledge on the road or in structured learning settings.
- Be a self‑starter, working independently as well as collaborating as part of a team, driving to different locations in all weathers.
- Act as a fixer/problem solver, using technical expertise to resolve a variety of issues, whether fixing a vehicle by the roadside or recovering it to a garage.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience.
- Full Category B driving licence with 6 points or fewer. If you do not have Category BE (towing), we will fund it.
- Willingness to work shifts, which may include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
