• Ensure outstanding levels of care to all residents in a safe environment.
• Overall responsibility for all services provided to the residents.
• Maintain excellent relationships with the RQIA complying with legal requirements.
• Act as an ambassador to represent the home to key decision-makers.
• Work with the Operations Manager to drive sales and new service development.
