VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and its committees. You will develop agendas, produce accurate minutes, and manage meeting schedules, contributing to high-quality risk reporting for Senior Management and the Board.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to handle confidential information, and the capability to work under tight deadlines while communicating

Qualifications

• Solid previous experience within Automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for minute taking and production of committee packs.
• A detailed thinker able to understand multi-threaded arguments and draw concise conclusions.
• Ability to treat confidential conversations and information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares all agendas for risk committees with Chairs and senior management.
• Collates materials for committees and reviews data for accuracy and timeliness.
• Produces minutes that reflect confidential discussions and decisions.
• Manages risk committee meeting schedules and board reporting calendar.
• Ensures Terms of Reference and content are reviewed and kept up to date.
