Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and governance bodies, including the Enterprise Risk Committee and the Operational Risk & Financial Crime Risk Committee.

You will develop agendas, collate materials, produce minutes, manage meeting schedules and ensure accurate, timely reporting to the Board of Management.

Qualifications

• Solid previous experience within Automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for minute taking and production of committee packs; minutes must reflect discussions accurately.
• A detailed thinker who can understand multi-threaded arguments and draw clear conclusions.
• Able to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares agendas with Chairs and senior management.
• Collates materials for committees and reviews data for consistency and timeliness.
• Produces accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Manages meeting schedules and ensures reporting flows to the Board of Management.
