VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and to support the framework of the Enterprise Risk Committee and the Operational Risk & Financial Crime Risk Committee. This role collaborates with the Risk Control team, Senior Management and up to Board level to deliver high quality risk reporting.

You will develop agendas, collate materials, produce minutes and ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Formación

• Experience in Automotive finance or banking industry.
• Excellent minute-taking and data accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and prepares all agendas with relevant Chair and senior management.
• Collates materials for committees and reviews data for consistency and timeliness.
• Produces accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Ensures decisions and actions are recorded and tracked.
• Manages meeting schedules and business calendars for risk committees and ERC.
• Maintains Terms of Reference and crisis management documentation.
