Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and related committees.

You will develop agendas, collate materials, produce minutes, and manage meeting schedules, ensuring accurate, timely risk reporting to Senior Management and up to the Board of Management. Collaboration with the Risk Control team is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid previous experience within Automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Accuracy and attention to detail essential for minute taking and production of committee packs.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares all agendas in consultation with relevant Chairs and senior management.
• Collates and organises materials for committees; reviews data for consistency, accuracy and timeliness.
• Produces minutes reflecting confidential discussions and records decisions and actions.
• Manages committee meeting schedules and risk reporting calendars to the Board of Management.
• Maintains Terms of Reference and crisis management documentation.
