Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and related risk committees. You will collaborate with the Risk Control team, Senior Management and up to Board level to deliver timely risk reporting.

You will develop agendas, collate materials, produce minutes, review Terms of Reference, and maintain crisis management documentation.

Qualifications

• Solid previous experience within Automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and discretion.
• Ability to communicate at all levels, including Senior Management.
• Experience with risk reporting processes and committee governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Enterprise Risk Management framework and risk committees.
• Develops and prepares agendas through consultation with relevant chairs and senior management.
• Distributes meeting packs and produces accurate, comprehensive committee minutes.
• Manages meeting schedules and annual review of Terms of Reference for risk committees and ERC.
• Maintains crisis management documentation and reporting.
