VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to support the Enterprise Risk Management framework and risk committees, delivering accurate reporting and minute-taking, with confidentiality and discretion.

This role collaborates with Risk Control, Senior Management and up to Board level to ensure timely, high-quality risk reporting. Strong attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines and communicate at all levels are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid previous experience within Automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares committee agendas with relevant chairs and senior management.
• Collates materials for committees and ensures data accuracy and timeliness.
• Produces accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Distributes meeting packs within agreed timeframes.
• Manages meeting schedules and planning for risk committees and ERC.
• Maintains Terms of Reference and crisis management documentation.
