Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and its committees, including reporting to Senior Management and the Board. The role emphasizes producing accurate risk packs, minutes and governance documents while maintaining confidentiality and timely action tracking.

You will collaborate with the Risk Control team and executive stakeholders to ensure high-quality risk reporting and effective oversight

Qualifications

• Solid previous experience within Automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for minute taking and production of committee packs.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares all agendas through consultation with relevant Chair and senior management to ensure all standard agenda items are addressed.
• Produces technically accurate and comprehensive minutes from the material risk committees and ERC which are a true reflection of the confidential discussions held.
• Manages and owns the risk committees meeting schedules, planning the meeting schedules and associated business calendars to ensure the risk committee meetings take place in the correct sequence.
• Responsible for the annual review cycle of the Terms of Reference for the material risk committees and ERC.
