Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and related committees. The role involves developing agendas, collating materials, and producing minutes that accurately reflect confidential discussions.

You will manage committee meeting schedules, ensure timely distribution of packs, and maintain Terms of Reference reviews and crisis management documentation, supporting governance at senior levels

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Automotive finance or banking.
• Accurate minute taking and producing committee packs.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares agendas with Chairs and senior management.
• Collates and organises materials for committees; reviews data for accuracy and timeliness.
• Distributes meeting packs electronically within required timeframes.
• Produces accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Manages risk committee meeting schedules and board reporting calendar.
• Oversees annual review of Terms of Reference for risk committees and ERC.
• Maintains crisis management documentation and reporting.
