Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a meticulous Risk Control Officer to provide administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework, supporting the Risk Committees and the Board of Management level with high quality risk reporting.

You'll manage agendas, collate materials, minute taking, and maintain terms of reference and crisis documentation, working with Senior Management and the Risk Control team to ensure timely upward reporting and confidential handling of information.

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive finance or banking industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate with Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares committee agendas with relevant Chairs and senior management.
• Collates and organises materials for committees; ensures data accuracy and timeliness.
• Produces accurate and comprehensive minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Manages risk committees meeting schedules and reporting to the Board of Management.
• Maintains Terms of Reference and crisis management documentation for risk committees and ERC.
