VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to support the Enterprise Risk Management framework, collaborating with Risk Control, Senior Management, and up to Board level to produce high quality risk reports. You will manage agendas, assemble committee packs, take accurate minutes and ensure proper action tracking.

The role requires precision, discretion, and the ability to work to deadlines; you will interact with senior management and maintain governance documents and risk reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive finance or banking.
• Excellent attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential material.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Develops and prepares agendas in consultation with the Chair and senior management.
• Collates materials for committees; reviews data for consistency and timeliness.
• Produces accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions and actions.
• Manages committee meeting schedules and associated business calendars.
• Oversees terms of reference reviews and maintains crisis management documentation.
