Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide administrative and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and related governance committees. The role supports collaboration with Risk Control, Senior Management, and up to Board level to deliver high-quality risk reporting through accurate data design and timely reporting.

You will develop agendas, collate materials, review data quality, prepare minutes, and manage committee schedules.

Qualifications

• Solid previous experience within Automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for minute taking and production of committee packs.
• A detailed thinker capable of understanding multi-threaded arguments and drawing concise conclusions.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares all agendas with relevant Chairs and senior management.
• Collates and organises materials for committees; ensures data accuracy and timeliness.
• Distributes meeting packs electronically within agreed timeframes.
• Produces accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Manages committee meeting schedules and governance calendars.
• Oversees annual review of Terms of Reference for risk committees and ERC.
• Maintains crisis management documentation and reporting.
