Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and to support ERM committees. This role will collaborate with the Risk Control team, Senior Management, and up to Board level to ensure high-quality risk reporting.

Key duties include preparing agendas, collating materials, producing accurate minutes, and maintaining committee schedules and governance documents.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within Automotive finance or banking environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong written and oral communication across senior management levels.
• Proven ability to produce accurate minutes and committee packs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas with Chairs and senior management for risk committees.
• Collate materials, review data quality, and ensure timely reporting.
• Produce accurate, comprehensive minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Manage risk committee meeting schedules and governance calendars.
• Support annual review of Terms of Reference and maintain crisis management documentation.
