VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework. The role supports the Risk Committee and ERC, delivering high quality reporting and minutes. You will collate materials, review data for accuracy, and ensure proper recording of decisions and actions.

We value discretion, accuracy, and the ability to work under deadlines, with collaboration across Risk Control, Senior Management and up to Board level.

Qualificações

• Experience in automotive finance or banking is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality are required.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsabilidades

• Develops agendas and materials for risk committees and ERC.
• Produces accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Manages committee schedules and maintains governance documents.
• Ensures timely and quality risk reporting to the Board of Management.
