Job summary

VWFS UK seeks a Risk Control Officer to provide admin and analytical support for Enterprise Risk Management, supporting the ERM Committee and the Operational Risk & Financial Crime Risk Committee, and delivering high quality risk reporting to senior management. You will prepare agendas, collate materials, produce accurate minutes, manage meeting calendars and maintain terms of reference.

You will also maintain crisis management documentation and ensure confidential information is handled

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Automotive finance or banking.
• Minute taking and accurate committee reporting.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.
• Confidential handling of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares agendas with Chairs and senior management.
• Collates materials for committees and reviews data for accuracy.
• Produces minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Manages meeting schedules and governance calendars.
• Reviews Terms of Reference for risk committees and ERC.
• Maintains crisis management documents and reporting.
