Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and to support the framework of the Enterprise Risk Committee and the Operational Risk & Financial Crime Risk Committee.

This role will work with the wider Risk Control team, Senior Management team and up to the Board of Management to ensure high-quality risk reporting.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within automotive finance or banking industries.
• Accuracy and attention to detail essential for minute taking and committee packs.
• Ability to think in detail and draw concise conclusions from multi-threaded arguments.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares agendas for risk committees with senior management input.
• Collates materials and reviews data for consistency and timeliness in risk reporting.
• Produces accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions from risk committees and ERC.
• Manages meeting schedules and calendars to ensure proper sequence of risk reporting to the Board.
• Maintains Terms of Reference and crisis management documentation.
