Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and to support the Enterprise Risk Committee and Operational Risk & Financial Crime Risk Committee.

The role involves preparing agendas, collating materials, producing minutes, and maintaining risk governance documentation to enable accurate, timely reporting up to Board level.

Qualifications

• Extensive administration and analytical support for risk management.
• Experience producing accurate risk reporting for committees.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares all committee agendas in consultation with the Chair and senior management.
• Collates and organises materials for committees; quality reviews for consistency, accuracy and timeliness of data.
• Distributes meeting packs electronically within agreed timeframes.
• Produces technically accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Ensures decisions and actions are recorded and tracked.
• Manages meeting schedules and board reporting calendars for risk committees.
• Oversees annual review of Terms of Reference for risk committees and ERC.
• Maintains crisis management documentation and reporting.
