Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and the Risk Committees, including ERC and Operational Risk & Financial Crime Risk Committee. You will develop agendas, collate materials, and ensure timely, accurate committee reporting.

Responsibilities include producing minutes that reflect confidential discussions, coordinating meeting schedules, and maintaining Terms of Reference.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in automotive finance or banking is essential.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are critical for minute taking and producing committee packs.
• Must be able to understand multi-threaded arguments and draw clear conclusions.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas in consultation with Chairs and senior management.
• Collate materials for committees and review data for consistency and timeliness.
• Distribute meeting packs and produce accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Schedule risk committee meetings and manage related business calendars.
• Maintain Terms of Reference and ensure membership/content are appropriate.
• Maintain crisis management documentation and reporting.
