VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide administrative and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and related committees. You will develop agendas with Chairs and senior management, collate materials, and produce accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions.

You will manage committee schedules and ensure governance documentation remains current. You will need superb attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to communicate across all levels,

Qualifications

• Solid experience in automotive finance or banking sectors.
• Excellent accuracy and confidentiality in handling committee material.
• Ability to work to deadlines and present clear conclusions from discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare agendas with Chairs and senior management.
• Collate materials and quality review data for committees.
• Distribute meeting packs and produce accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Manage committee schedules and annual governance review cycles.
• Ensure content and membership of risk committees are up to date.
