VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework, and to support risk committees up to Board level.

You'll manage agendas, collate materials, produce accurate minutes, and ensure actions are tracked. The role requires discretion, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate with Senior Management.

Qualifications

• Experience minute taking and compiling committee packs.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develops agendas with Chairs and senior management to cover standard items.
• Collates materials, reviews data accuracy, and distributes packs on time.
• Produces draft minutes reflecting confidential committee discussions.
