Job summary

Volkswagen Group UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and to support the Enterprise Risk Committee and the Operational Risk & Financial Crime Risk Committee. This role will work closely with the Risk Control team, Senior Management and up to the Board of Management to deliver high quality risk reporting.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, discretion and the ability to deliver

Qualifications

• Solid experience within Automotive finance or banking is preferred.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for minute taking and compiling committee packs.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares agendas in consultation with Chairs and senior management.
• Collates materials for committees and ensures data accuracy for reporting.
• Produces minutes that reflect confidential discussions and actions taken.
• Manages meeting schedules and governance calendars for risk committees.
• Maintains Terms of Reference and crisis management documentation.
