Job summary

Volkswagen Group in the United Kingdom seeks a Risk Control Officer to support the Enterprise Risk Management framework with comprehensive administrative and analytical duties. You will collaborate with the Risk Control team, Senior Management, and up to Board level to produce high-quality risk reporting by designing and producing accurate, timely materials.

Key responsibilities include preparing agendas, assembling committee packs, reviewing data for consistency, and producing minutes.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within Automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and communicate with Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas in consultation with Chairs and senior management for all committees.
• Collate materials for committees and review data for accuracy and timeliness.
• Distribute meeting packs and produce accurate minutes reflecting discussions.
• Ensure decisions and actions are captured and followed up.
• Manage committee meeting schedules and annual Terms of Reference reviews.
• Maintain crisis management documentation and reporting.
