Job summary

Volkswagen Financial Services UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and to support the framework of the Enterprise Risk Committee and the Operational Risk & Financial Crime Risk Committee.

You will work with the wider Risk Control team, Senior Management and up to Board level to ensure high quality risk reporting through accurate and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Solid previous experience within Automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for minute taking and production of committee packs.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares agendas through consultation with relevant Chair and senior management.
• Collates and organises materials for committees; quality reviews for data accuracy and timeliness.
• Produces technically accurate and comprehensive minutes from the material risk committees and ERC.
• Manages meeting schedules and calendars to ensure risk committee meetings are scheduled in the correct sequence.
• Oversees the annual review cycle of the Terms of Reference for material risk committees and ERC.
• Maintains strategic crisis management documentation and reporting.
