Volkswagen Financial Services UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to support the Enterprise Risk Management framework and committees. You will contribute to high-quality risk reporting by preparing agendas, compiling materials, and producing accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to work to deadlines, and effective communication with senior management across the risk function and Board level.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within Automotive finance or banking.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• A detailed thinker able to draw concise conclusions from multi-threaded discussions.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares all agendas with relevant Chairs and senior management.
• Collates and organises committee materials; reviews data for accuracy and timeliness.
• Distributes meeting packs electronically within agreed timeframes.
• Produces minutes that accurately reflect confidential committee discussions.
• Ensures decisions and actions are recorded and tracked.
• Manages risk committees' meeting schedules and governance calendars.
• Oversees annual review of Terms of Reference for material risk committees and ERC.
• Maintains crisis management documentation and reporting.
