• Solid previous experience within Automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels including Senior Management.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and prepares agendas with relevant chairs and senior management.
• Collates materials for committees and reviews data for consistency and timeliness.
• Produces accurate minutes reflecting discussions held at risk committees.
• Manages meeting schedules and annual Terms of Reference reviews.
• Maintains crisis management documentation and reporting.
